Azerbaijan people's writer, poet, translator, screenwriter, chairman of the Union of writers of Azerbaijan Anar Rasul Oglu Rzayev was born in 1938 in Baku. Anar's father is the poet Rasul Rza, and his mother is the poetess Nigar Rafibeyli.
One of the most famous works of the writer is “the sixth floor of a five-story house”. This work was translated into Russian, Uzbek, Kazakh, published as a separate book in Poland, Hungary and Bulgaria.
